Our LVN–Operating Room Apprenticeship is designed to support Licensed Vocational Nurses who are interested in advancing into a Scrub Nurse role. This in-house training pathway provides structured education, hands-on surgical experience, and dedicated support to help eligible LVNs expand their clinical skills and continue building a long-term career with Hendrick Health.

Nurse Techs work as a "Nurse Intern", meaning that they will utilize their nursing skills while learning to provide excellent patient care.

• Students are required to work a minimum of 60 hours every 6-week pay period.
• Schedules are highly flexible to support their education.
• Nurse Tech orientation and new employee orientation are required.
• Nurse Techs who remain at Hendrick as registered nurses are eligible for a bonus upon the completion of their first six months of their nursing role.
